Colour prediction. The headline format. A timer counts down, you pick a colour, and the result is published the instant it hits zero. The two common colours typically pay close to even money; the rarer third option pays much more and lands far less often. Timers usually run at one, three, five and ten minutes, and the one-minute table is the one that does the most damage, simply because it lets you place thirty bets in half an hour without noticing.

Number prediction. Same structure, wider grid. You back a single digit for a large multiplier, or a bracket, big/small, odd/even, for something close to even money. The single-digit payout looks generous and is priced with the same margin as everything else.

Lottery-style draws. Longer intervals, published result histories, and a wider range of bet types on one draw. The slower pace is genuinely useful if you are prone to chasing, because the gap between rounds gives you time to stop.

Slots. Third-party titles, each with its own volatility and its own return-to-player figure. High-volatility slots pay rarely and largely, which feels like a losing streak right up until it does not. Check whether the studio publishes an RTP before you spin; the better-known ones do.

A session structure that actually holds

Doubling after a loss, the martingale, is the one everybody rediscovers. It works until the run of losses is long enough, and then it fails all at once and takes the entire bankroll, because the required stake grows exponentially while your balance does not.
